I have to admit that "INstant Ink" is not something I would do again. To add insult to injury, when I went to stop my "Instant Ink" subscription because the printer was unusable they will charge me the current month (5 days into new month when failed) ($9.95) and next month ($9.95) before they accually cancel my subscription. HP offers a small discount from list price but Staples or Amazon will sell it for much less. The solution is to recycle the printer and buy a new one.
